If you've never used MMD (MikuMikuDance, it's a free animating software) it's actually a fairly simple system. I'm sure you could figure it out fairly quickly. ^^
((And yes, it is Sealand, it's his MMD model. XD))

I've never used MMD, I knew there was probably some software used for those animations (I've seen the style EVERYwhere). I might check it out now that I know what it is and that it is free. Yay animation software~
